Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

We aim to get all UK orders to you within 3-5 working days. If it’s taking longer than 7 working days, just drop us a message, and we'll be happy to help.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail, and once its is on its way, you’ll receive an email to let you know! Sometimes, your order may arrive in separate deliveries, especially if you've ordered customised items.
For our non-EU international customers, please note that customs charges and taxes may apply when your order arrives, and these will be your responsibility.

The EU has proposed some significant changes for exports into the EU, including those from Great Britain (not Northern Ireland). We are actively working with industry experts and our partners to ensure that we are able to provide the most up to date information and relevant guidance for our customers.

From 1 July 2026, a flat customs duty of €3 will apply to Business to Consumer (B2C) parcels under €150 entering the EU. The EU describes the measure as temporary, ahead of broader EU customs reform. According to the Council’s of the European Union's release, the €3 duty will apply to all B2C goods under €150, including those sold by non-EU sellers registered under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) for VAT purposes. It will apply per line. If a single parcel contains multiple different types of items, the duty can add up.

Returns & exchanges

  • Make sure order number & reason for return is put inside the parcel
  • Return the item as soon as possible in a sealed mail bag to the returns address below Items returned must be in an unused condition, fully fit for re-sale with tags attached (if Applicable] and in original packaging
  • The items are your responsibility until they are delivered to us, so it is important that you retain proof of postage
  • We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, this is non refundable
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item
  • Any refund will be processed back to the original payment method as soon as possible

We don't accept exchanges. For the best and quickest result, order new size of the item you need and return wrong item for full refund.

We can't offer free returns atm due to volume of orders. Very sorry about this, any questions please just ask!

We wont accept items that have been worn or not in original packaging.
