As we are a 24/7 gym, unmanned when you sign up you agree to being competent and experienced enough to know how to perform proper gym movements. But anyone will be happy to help so please don't hesitate to ask!

We have a changing room on the left as you enter, but if you need privacy you can lock main door of either the toilet at entrance, or the shower rooms in the back room.
