Shipping

Once your order is shipped you will receive an automated email to let you know its on its way. Sometimes your order will be split i.e. arrive in multiple deliveries. This is especially common if you have ordered some apparel items that will be printed to order, or if we send your order from multiple warehouse locations. The automated shipment email will list what items have been shipped at that time.
We use Royal Mail and Post office to send items out.


Returns

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item (s) for a refund within 28 days of order.

To do so please follow the steps below:

  • You must first contact us at sales@stoltmanbrothers.co.uk with your details including your name and order number and reason for return
  • Return the item as soon as possible in a sealed mail bag to the returns address below Items returned must be in an unused condition, fully fit for re-sale with tags attached and in original packaging
  • The items are your responsibility until they are delivered to us, so it is important that you retain proof of postage
  • We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
    You are responsible for return shipping costs, this is non refundable
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • Any refund will be processed back to the original payment method as soon as possible
