• Once your order is shipped you will receive an automated email to let you know its on its way. Sometimes your order will be split i.e. arrive in multiple deliveries. This is especially common if you have ordered some apparel items that will be Customised to order, or if we send your order from multiple warehouse locations. The automated shipment email will list what items have been shipped at that time. Please allow up to 12 days for delivery on rare occasions. We use Royal Mail and Post office to send items out. For Non-EU International Customers the customer is responsible for customs charges and taxes upon delivery.
